Job Description
Overview:
The Information Systems Support Tech is responsible for supporting computers, telecommunications, point-of-sale, audiovisual, and hospitality systems.
Responsibilities:
β’ Respond promptly to all IT calls and work orders and place help calls when needed to Corporate IT and vendors.
β’ Document technical issues and resolutions through the use of help desk software
β’ Complete daily audits of park systems. Require a full walk-through of the park at least two times per shift.
β’ Complete daily pre-opening checks of critical park systems, including point of sale, ticketing, Season Pass systems, and network health, along with a detailed check of the parkβs data center.
β’ Maintain an accurate inventory of all department-owned software and hardware assets.
β’ Monitor and maintain sound and video equipment.
β’ Ensure 100% compliance with all Six Flags Information Systems policies and procedures.
β’ Assists in other areas of the IT Department.
