Job Description

Overview:
The Information Systems Support Tech is responsible for supporting computers, telecommunications, point-of-sale, audiovisual, and hospitality systems.

Responsibilities:
β€’ Respond promptly to all IT calls and work orders and place help calls when needed to Corporate IT and vendors.
β€’ Document technical issues and resolutions through the use of help desk software
β€’ Complete daily audits of park systems. Require a full walk-through of the park at least two times per shift.
β€’ Complete daily pre-opening checks of critical park systems, including point of sale, ticketing, Season Pass systems, and network health, along with a detailed check of the park’s data center.
β€’ Maintain an accurate inventory of all department-owned software and hardware assets.
β€’ Monitor and maintain sound and video equipment.
β€’ Ensure 100% compliance with all Six Flags Information Systems policies and procedures.
