Job Description

JOB FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leadership and Supervision Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct I/E Technicians by scheduling of assignments, monitoring progress, providing direction, guidance and coaching. Ensuring delivered assignments are completed safely, timely, and correctly.Ensure all paperwork is completed on time and is correct.

  • Ensure I/E personnel are trained in, and continually follow all of Targa’s policies and procedures, including but not limited to, Safety & Environmental policies, Targa’s Code of Conduct, Human Resources Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, Vehicle Maintenance Procedures etc.

  • Attend, participate, and lead Safety meetings and ensure all I/E employees attend and participate in all Safety meetings, recognize positive Safety behavior.

  • Lead Safety tailgate meetings to set goals and priorities and address any concerns.
