of Environment

The client implemented Sailpoint IdentityIQ in 2019 and recently migrated to Sailpoint’s Identity Security Cloud (ISC) in September 2025.

We have approximately 26,000 active identities with a total of 123K identity cubes in ISC. This population encompasses both City employees and non-employees (what we call 'sponsored accounts'). There are three ‘source of truth’ systems for various types of employees and sponsored account data is entirely housed within the Identity Governance tool. There are 15 workflows and each of the lifecycle workflows have variations for about 8 different populations.

The environment includes 25+ discrete connections and growing. Primary targets include SaaS, PeopleSoft (multiple,) and Active Directory.
