Job Description
Play a key role in shaping the future of Identity & Access Management across a global technology organization. Governance & Compliance Architect and implement IAM governance frameworks, controls, and policies. Conduct governance‑focused risk assessments, security audits, and contribute to external audits;
ensure integrity of IAMsystems and access control mechanisms. Drive enforcement of IAM governance policies and IAM Target Operating Model processes across 20+ regions, hubs, and locations. Lead MFA and PAM governance controls implementation and maintain compliance with IAM standards. Strategy & Operations Align IAM governance strategies with IAM Target Operating Model and organizational goals, focusing on identity federation, SSO, RBAC, and automation. Define, implement, and continuously improve IAM processes globally;
