Identity & Access Management Expert – General Scope | Hybrid, Barcelona Play a key role in shaping the future of Identity & Access Management across a global technology organisation. We are partnering with a major international enterprise undergoing a large‑scale IAM transformation, and they are looking for an experienced IAM SME to elevate standards, strengthen controls, and operationalise a new Target Operating Model across multiple regions. This is a high‑impact position where you will bring structure, maturity, and governance excellence to a complex, global environment. What you'll be doing Governance & Compliance Architect and implement IAM governance frameworks, controls, and policies.
