About the Role

We are looking for a technically sharp and experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant to join our team on a 12-month fixed‑term contract. This is a hands‑on role where your deep technical knowledge of IAM processes, tools, and frameworks will be applied across some of the most complex and critical systems in our environment.

What You Will Do

• Design, implement, and maintain robust IAM processes including user provisioning, transfers, terminations, and access right verification.
• Develop and manage role‑based access control (RBAC) models and authorisation matrices across key enterprise systems.
• Identify and implement segregation of duties (SoD) requirements, ensuring conflicts are detected, managed, and remediated effectively.
• Administer and support Access Management solutions, ensuring they are configured, maintained, and performing optimally.
