Job Description
Corteva is seeking an Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (ID&E) Analyst to coordinate initiatives and support the ID&E Team. This role offers remote work flexibility, with a preference for candidates who can align with North American business hours.
The successful candidate will manage various operational aspects related to the ID&E strategy, partner with Talent Acquisition for diverse recruiting, and assist in creating impactful training materials. A Bachelor’s degree and experience in the agriculture industry are preferred.
