Become an IDC Engagement Specialist with Intelcom, where you will enhance partnerships with Independent Delivery Contractors. This role involves leveraging KPIs and operational insights to drive mutual success.
As an IDC Engagement Specialist, you will report to the Manager of Partnership Development. You'll play a critical role in aligning IDC performance with Intelcom’s strategic objectives while advising on operational trends and compliance. Engaging with multiple functions, you’ll help ensure sufficient IDC capacity to meet customer demand.
