Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Create, activate, maintain, validate, deactivate, and secure user accounts and contact information across various IT systems.
- Resolve access‑related tickets within the defined SLA, with an expected volume of approximately 50–60 tickets per day.
- Write and maintain user documentation related to account provisioning and access management.
- Collaborate with policy makers and business units to ensure account provisioning aligns with compliance and operational requirements.
- Perform quality control and assurance checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of identity records and user access data.
- Manage and administer application access across multiple platforms, including administrative and financial systems.
- Act as a liaison between System Owners/Operators, Compliance (Privacy and Security), and end users/managers on identity and access‑related matters.
