Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy and configure multifunction printers (MFPs) and print servers.
Implement and support print management, document capturing, and document
management systems across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid setups.
Integrate MFPs &/or solutions with customer IT environments: Windows Server/Client
OS, macOS, ARM, Android, IOS, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, VLANs, network
segmentation, firewall coordination, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365,
Google Workspace, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Google Drive.
Configure scanning workflows, OCR, SMB/FTP, and cloud routing.
Provide Helpdesk support and manage escalations.
Troubleshoot printing, network, identity, and workflow issues.
Provide internal staff training & support.
