Job Description
Responsibilities
- Propose customized ICT/DICT solutions and connectivity services for corporate customers.
- Participate in the entire project lifecycle from pre‑sales to production, including requirement studies, presentations, training, on‑site support, and implementation assurance.
- Develop technical solutions and respond to RFIs, RFPs, and proposals from corporate customers.
- Influence customer technical requirements and strategically position the company's telecommunications services.
- Coordinate with agents, suppliers, headquarters, and branch offices, and provide training to the internal Sales Team.
- Coordinate project implementation, system configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance with related parties.
- Maintain quality customer services and build long‑term loyalty among customers.
