Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Implement projects to ensure service delivery covering design, setup, configuration, implementation and commissioning of platform operations applications.
- Translate business requirements into platform operations infrastructure design.
- Ensure compliance with the Authority’s Technical Architecture, SG-TRM, IM8 and IT Policies.
- Manage infrastructure projects and services for platform operations applications (e.g., APIMG, ServiceNow, etc).
- Manage platform operations system architecture for new and existing applications.
- Serve as the main infrastructure point‑of‑contact for platform operations applications.
- Work with the SR/OS Team on infrastructure matters impacting platform operations applications.
- Assist in infrastructure architecture reviews, endorse hardening standards, PT and VAST remediation for platform operations applications.
