As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be the bridge between international travelers and accommodation suppliers worldwide. Requirements

  • Native-level Icelandic (C2) and excellent English (C1).
  • Great interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable with Office 365 and CRM databases.
  • Positive, motivated, ready to handle tricky situations with a smile.
