As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be the bridge between international travelers and accommodation suppliers worldwide. Responsibilities
- Listen to and identify customer needs to provide the best solutions.
- Act as the link between travelers and suppliers to ensure top‑tier service.

Requirements
- Native-level Icelandic (C2) and excellent English (C1).
- Great interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable with Office 365 and CRM databases.
- Positive, motivated, ready to handle tricky situations with a smile.
