Koniag IT Systems (KITS), a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced Senior ICAM Program Manager to serve as the overall lead and single point of accountability for cost, schedule, and performance across the entire Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) portfolio supporting our customer. This is a critical leadership role responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive Program Management framework that provides strategic oversight, governance, and integration across all work performed under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The ideal candidate is a seasoned program management professional with deep expertise in federal ICAM programs, strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-level IT programs within the federal government environment.
