Job Description
**This position provides second-shift operational support for BMO's enterprise Managed File Transfer environment, with primary responsibility for monitoring and supporting IBM Sterling File Gateway production file transfer services. The role is focused on operational monitoring, incident response, service restoration, and stakeholder communication to ensure critical business file transfers are successfully delivered.**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Work second shift, Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM Central Time.
+ Monitor the IBM Sterling File Gateway platform and associated file transfer infrastructure to ensure successful processing, routing, and delivery of business-critical files.
+ Investigate and resolve file transfer failures by replaying transactions, correcting routing issues, or coordinating resolution activities with internal and external stakeholders.
