What Will You Do?
- Operate and support IBM i infrastructure across multiple environments (PROD, QAL, TEST, DEV)
- Resolve L2/L3 infrastructure incidents within SLA
- Perform proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance
- Execute backup, restore, rollover and annual DR tests
- Manage infrastructure changes, patching and upgrades
- Maintain documentation including CMDB, runbooks and architecture
- Manage tickets and incidents using Service Now ITSM
- Participate in governance meetings and knowledge transfer activities
