工作职责
IB协调员负责监督教学和学习，培养全校的学习文化，与校长合作管理员工，与员工就课程保持开放的沟通，领导，支持和管理学校的课程团队负责人。以及:
- 与员工分享IB相关信息
- 促进项目人员之间的沟通和协作
- 举办家长信息会议
- 在时事通讯中发布项目相关文章
- 准备并提交项目授权和评估所需的文件
- 确保遵守IB的要求和程序
- 作为学校和IB之间的联络人
- 通过各种媒体与更广泛的社区沟通
- Share relevant IB communication with staff
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among program staff
- Conduct parent information sessions
- Publish program-related articles in the Newsletter
- Prepare and submit required documentation for Program Authorization and Evaluation
- Ensure adherence to IB requirements and procedures
- Serve as liaison between school and IB
- Communicate to the wider community through various media
Requirements
- 本科及以上学历
- IB教学经验
- IB证书
- 优秀的沟通能力，中英文流利
Bachelor degree or higher
