JOB ROLE: PYP Coordinator Reports To Principal / Head of School Department Academics – IB Primary Years Programme Position Summary The PYP Coordinator provides academic and instructional leadership for the successful implementation, development, and continuous improvement of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme. The Coordinator ensures that the programme aligns with the IB Mission, Programme Standards and Practices, and the school's vision while fostering a collaborative culture of inquiry, reflection, and excellence. Key Responsibilities 1. Programme Leadership Lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the IB Primary Years Programme. Ensure compliance with IB Programme Standards and Practices. Develop and review the Programme of Inquiry (POI) in collaboration with teachers.
