What you will do

If successful, your key deliverables will include:

  • Provide active technical leadership in Hydroprocessing and Hydrocracking within the company

  • Enhance organizational capability in Hydroprocessing and Hydrocracking by mentoring, reviewing technical work, developing and delivering technical training

  • Evaluate, develop, and deploy technologies within your area of expertise to deliver value to the business

  • Provide process engineering technical leadership and support to operating sites on unit operation, optimization and troubleshooting during abnormal operation

  • Serve as the process technology technical lead for capital project development from screening studies through unit startup

  • Support installation, commissioning, and startup of greenfield or revamped facilities

  • Lead or provide guidance on process modelling development, sustainment and enhancement
