As a Hydroform Operator, you set up, operate, and monitor hydroforming equipment to produce high-quality metal components that meet precise customer specifications. You align workpieces, control pressure and height settings, perform routine preventative maintenance, and ensure a clean and organized work area while following established safety and quality standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Align workpieces accurately on the hydroform machine according to work instructions and blueprints.
+ Set up and operate hydroforming presses and related equipment to perform the required metal forming operations.
+ Monitor pressure gauges, height settings, and machine indicators to ensure equipment runs within specified parameters.
