This hands-on role involves leading solution designs from discovery to production rollout. You will architect virtual agents and agent-assist tools while driving CRM integrations through APIs and data flows. Additionally, you’ll coach engineers and manage technical deliveries across teams, ensuring exceptional project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
