Job Description
Xenon Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager/Associate Director of Marketing Operations & Commercial Review to lead the CRC/MLR process in a fast-paced pre-launch environment. This role partners with Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, Medical Affairs, Compliance, and IT, ensuring scalable, compliant delivery of programs and tactics.
The position reports to the VP of Commercial Operations and is based in Boston, with hybrid work requiring at least two onsite days weekly.
