We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with strong ADP, multi-state payroll, garnishment, and payroll tax expertise to support a high-volume, full-cycle payroll operation. Location & Schedule
📍 Poughkeepsie, NY
🏢 Hybrid Schedule – 1-2 Days Onsite Per Week
🕗 Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
+ Process and administer full-cycle, multi-state bi-weekly payroll
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries
+ Manage payroll changes including:
+ New hires
+ Terminations
+ Employee status changes
+ Compensation updates
+ Process complex payroll transactions including:
+ Garnishments
