Job Description
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead end-to-end sourcing engagements for IT vendors, including software and services
+ Develop and execute RFx processes (RFP, RFI, RFQ)
+ Conduct competitive bidding and evaluate supplier proposals
+ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for engagements typically exceeding $250K
+ Partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements and sourcing strategies
+ Collaborate with legal, vendor management, and risk teams to ensure compliance
+ Support Category Leads on complex sourcing initiatives
+ Maintain sourcing activity within procurement systems (Oracle preferred)
+ Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and efficiency

+ Experience in IT procurement, technology sourcing, or strategic sourcing
+ Strong contract negotiation experience
