Job Description
Logicalis is seeking an IT Customer Experience Analyst to be the first point of contact for customers in Cyberjaya. You will work with teammates to ensure accurate information on service availability, while enforcing processes and documenting actions for timely resolution.
You will diagnose issues, provide remote troubleshooting, and escalate complex problems with proper prioritization. A strong English communication ability and ITIL foundation are required.
