JR ****Job Description:****An opportunity for an **Information and Documentation Management Specialist** has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). **RESPONSIBILITIES****Outsourcing*** Generate the DDDs and send them to subcontracting to activate the order request process for said WUs. Previously, the IOS will prepare all the necessary information to place orders, negotiate with suppliers, identify and register the WUs.* Take charge of monitoring and recording the entire order placement process between the different organizations until the release of the purchase order.
