Job Description
Copeland is seeking an Engineer II Technical Services in Quezon City with a hybrid work setup. You will provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email and chat and require at least 3 years of relevant BPO experience.
The role covers controller/device selection, creation of troubleshooting guides, remote commissioning, graphical screen creation, and training for internal and external customers. A two-month training period applies, and collaboration across teams is encouraged.
