- Design & Development Support:
- Hardware Safety Architecture: Collaborate with hardware, system, and software architects to define, derive, and implement hardware-level safety requirements from Technical Safety Concepts (TSC).
- Design: collaborate in HW circuit design, especially in safety critical functions
- Safety Analysis: Conduct systematic quantitative and qualitative safety analyses, specifically FMEDA (Failure Modes, Effects, and Diagnostic Analysis) and DFA (Dependent Failure Analysis) to calculate safety metrics (SPFM, LFM, PMHF) and prove freedom from interference.
