Job Description
Responsibilities
- Providing a level of expertise in performing preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance to a wide variety of industrial or commercial facility HVAC equipment.
- Ensure optimal and continuous operation of mechanical systems by performing routine inspections and maintenance, monitoring metering equipment and adjusting levels as necessary.
- Identifying and correcting any safety-related issues and performing independent equipment evaluations to identify potential equipment failures.
- Operating, maintaining, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing ventilation equipment, pumps, fans, chillers, rooftop AHU’s, split systems, compressors, refrigeration, and other mechanical equipment as needed.
- Utilizing the building automation system to track building conditions and the operation of facilities equipment.
