Key Requirements for HVAC Instructors
+ 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience
+ EPA 608 certification (required within first 3 months)
+ OSHA 30 certification (required within first 3 months)
+ Universal EPA 608 Refrigerant Recovery License
+ High school diploma/GED
+ Great communication skills
+ Proficient in technology
+ Teaching experience is a plus
