Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years of full-time experience operating and maintaining related HVAC equipment in an educational, institutional, industrial or similar setting.
  • Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Refrigerant Recovery Type 2 certification.
  • Completion of appropriate vocational/technical training may substitute for equivalent years of experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.


    • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Three years full-time experience performing and recording preventative and general maintenance of chiller plant machinery.
  • Experience verifying and identifying proper software and hardware operations.
