Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, and commission HVAC systems such as chillers, VRF systems, and air handling units (AHUs) in accordance with project specifications.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities, including cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and lubricating moving parts to ensure reliable system performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, replacing components as required.
- Prepare maintenance reports, maintain accurate service records, and provide technical guidance to junior technicians when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, environmental regulations, building codes, and maintain effective communication with clients regarding service issues and solutions.
