Role Responsibilities:
+ This position manages a large team of both experienced professionals and team leaders in New Equipment Modernization. Develops and implements short to mid-term site-specific safety strategy. + Oversee more than one projects such as: the Installation of new equipment in new construction projects, upgrades or replacement of obsolete equipment for existing accounts, delivery of upgrades to existing customer-owned equipment
+ Provides retrofitting and modernization solution to contractors and building owners
+ Prepares accurate and timely project financial and status reports, which accurately forecast project revenue and are reconciled and updated monthly.
+ Interfaces with complex customers to create and build strong customer centric business relationships.
