HVAC Sales Closer — Pre-Set Appointments | $100K–$200K+ Commission
Locations: Sudbury, ON | Windsor, ON | Ottawa, ON
About the Role
Stop prospecting. Start closing. We hand you 3–4 pre-qualified, pre-booked in-home appointments every day — you bring the close. No cold calling, no door-knocking, no chasing your own leads. If you can walk into a homeowner's living room and walk out with a signed contract on the first visit, this is built for you.
What You'll Do
- Run 3–4 pre-booked, pre-qualified in-home consultations per day (appointments are set for you)
- Present HVAC systems, pricing, incentives, and financing — and close on the first visit
- Handle objections and negotiate using a proven, supported sales process
- Submit signed contracts and paperwork for processing — that's the extent of the admin
