Job Description
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with builders, architects, consultants, and PMC firms
2. Handle complete project sales cycle — lead generation to order closure
3. Study drawings, BOQs, and tender documents
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and cost estimates
4. Coordinate with design and execution teams for accurate submissions
4. Attend client meetings and technical discussions
Negotiate contracts and finalize orders
6.Track project pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
7.Maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants and procurement teams
