What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 3 years recent HVAC experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, water heaters including tankless heaters
- Valid Gas Fitter B License or 4th year/Journeyman of related trades (sheet metal, refrigeration or plumbing)
- Valid Driver's License with a clean record
- Clear criminal record
- Must have demonstrated strong technical, customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles.
- Must be effective at HVAC lead generation and CPP enrolments.
- Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder
- An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude
