Assist with troubleshooting, maintenance, and basic repairs
Keep accurate records of work completed

Support the team with day-to-day tasks and special projects as needed
Experience & Skills
1–3 years of HVAC maintenance, service, or installation experience
Strong interest in growing your HVAC career and customer service skills
Willingness to invest in personal tools
