The ideal candidate will ensure optimal comfort for guests and staff by maintaining efficient, reliable, and energy-effective HVAC operations across the property.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all HVAC operations across guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and back-of-house facilities. Oversee installation, maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems. Ensure optimal performance of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers, and related systems. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and energy-saving initiatives. Monitor system performance and ensure quick response to breakdowns and emergencies.
