Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HVAC / Cleanroom Design Engineer to support semiconductor and high-tech facility projects.
Responsibilities- Design chilled water systems, AHUs, MAUs, EFUs and cleanroom HVAC systems.
- Perform cooling load calculations and airflow analysis.
- Develop HVAC layouts, duct routing and equipment specifications.
- Review subcontractor shop drawings and technical submissions.
- Support construction, testing, balancing and commissioning activities.
- Participate in design coordination and BIM reviews.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years semiconductor, cleanroom or industrial HVAC experience.
- Familiar with SEMI standards and cleanroom design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM coordination tools.
- Experience in construction and commissioning preferred.
