Job Description
Acts as HR’s frontline representative and ensures that business concerns and HR’s requirements are effectively facilitated and coordinated with the concerned HR functional specialist/s. Responsible for facilitating business requirements of client team/s under area of responsibility. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process and provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation to employees.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Exposure to and knowledge of a diverse range of HR facets including resourcing, learning and development, total rewards, employee relations and HR administration.
