Summary This position is within the Office of Human Resources. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and carrying out the full range of position management, position classification, and recruitment and placement functions for the National Nuclear Security Administration. Responsibilities As a Human Resources Specialist, you will: Independently manage a position's lifecycle, from initial organizational design and classification to sourcing, assessing, hiring, and onboarding candidates for SES, SL, ST, Competitive Service, and Excepted Service positions.
