Job Description
The HRBP Specialist works closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. This role acts as a strategic advisor and trusted partner, supporting workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and translate them into effective HR solutions
- Advise management on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational design
- Support change management initiatives and business transformation projects
Talent Management
- Support recruitment strategies and workforce planning initiatives
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans
- Identify talent gaps and support succession planning
