Job Description
Are you a talented Human Resources expet looking for an exciting new challenge? We are seeking a HR Specialist (preferred) from Brazil, with proven expertise in Human Resources, who is ready and willing to help us build a strong international team—either by working remotely from Brazil or by relocating to Croatia.
Key Requirements
- Expert knowledge and experience in Human Resources (minimum 2–5 years preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong motivation to build a career in an international environment
