Summary This position is assigned to the Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Human Resources (HR) Branch; Fleet and Family Readiness Support Services; Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC); Millington, TN or Washington, D.C. Incumbent serves as a Headquarter (HQ) HR Specialist servicing the Family Readiness Program (N91) and may perform one or a combination of the following functions within the HR Branch: Classification, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Benefits, Retirement.
