Summary You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Labor/Employee Relations) in the Total Force Manpower Division of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS. You will persuade others to take particular course of action to resolve labor relations conflicts. You will brief managers and employees on labor relation issues.
