Responsibilities
1. Support end-to-end recruitment administration, including job posting, candidate scheduling, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment records.
2. Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring all required documentation and system processes are completed accurately and on time.
3. Assist with Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, and other work authorization applications and renewals, working closely with external vendors and government agencies as required.
4. Support new employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth employee experience.
5. Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
