Summary About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), Assistant Chief of Staff (ACOFS), G-1, Civilian Human Resources Division, Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Responsibilities Provides civilian human resources advisory services to commanders, supervisors, and employees by interpreting and applying civilian personnel laws, regulations, policies, and Army guidance affecting multiple human resources functional areas.
