Human Resources Specialist (Fixed-Term)

The HR Specialist (Fixed-Term) is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the vital support role in attaining of company objectives. He or she maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by helping in the planning, implementing, maintaining and evaluating employee human resources policies, programs, and practices.

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Phycology, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Law or equivalent.

· At least Three (3) years of experience in Human Resources programs & policies required

· At least Three (3) years in the HR Generalist role

· Excellent time management skills & strong analytical and problem-solving skills and with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

· Excellent knowledge of Philippines HR laws and regulations, labor law and compliance

· Strong communicator, both written and verbal
