Summary This position is located in the Human Resources Division, Arlington, VA. The selectee of this position serves as a Human Resources Specialist (Classification). You will be responsible for providing expert advisory services on position classification and job evaluation for General Schedule (GS), Senior Executive Service, and FWS positions. Responsibilities As a Human Resources Specialist (Classification) at the GS-0201-13 level, some of your typical work assignments may include: Conducts classification reviews, audits positions descriptions, and ensures compliance with OPM classification standards. Assists with the development of classification and position management guidelines.
