Educational and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or any related field.
• At least five (5) years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
• Strong background in employee relations, employee engagement, recruitment, and other core HR functions.
